Shipping Info: Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Media Mail, usually taking a week or less. For Canada/Mexico, that may be up to 2 weeks, but usually arrive around 1 week. For the rest of the world, expect up to 3/4 weeks, but usually arrive around 2 weeks.

For international orders other than Canada, you will receive a tracking number beginning with AHOY.

Return Policy: If cassette case or vinyl LP sleeve is damaged but the physical media is in good condition, a replacement will be sent at no charge.
If the actual physical media is damaged, a replacement will be sent at no charge if stock remains.
